中俄东线直径1 422 mm X80钢级冷弯管设计参数的确定

Determination of the design parameters of X80 cold bending pipe with 1 422 mm diameter in China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了满足中俄东线工程建设的实际需求,需要开展直径1 422 mm、X80钢级管道冷弯管设计参数的相关研究。采用AS 2885.1-2012《管道-天然气和石油管道第1部分:设计和建造》中的公式计算得出冷弯管的最大弯曲角度为6.48°;再通过冷弯管弯制过程中的应力应变有限元模拟分析,得到当弯曲角度为6~8°时,管道处于弹塑性区,满足变形要求。经过实验室及中俄东线试验段的现场验证,弯制的6.4°冷弯管回弹量及变形量均匀稳定,椭圆度、壁厚及内弧波浪度等指标均控制良好,能够满足工程要求。经过相关计算、分析及验证,最终确定中俄东线直径1 422 mm、X80钢级冷弯管的最大弯曲角度为6°,曲率半径不小于50倍钢管外径(71 100 mm)。该结果可为中俄东线天然气管道工程建设提供指导。

     

    Abstract: In order to satisfy the actual construction needs of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project, it is necessary to research the design parameters of the cold bending pipe of X80 pipeline with 1 422 mm diameter. In this paper, the maximum bending angle of cold bending pipe was calculated using the formula provided in Pipeline-Natural Gas and Oil Pipeline, Part 1: Design and Construction (AS 2885.1-2012), and it is 6.48°. Then, finite element simulation analysis was conducted on the stress and strain in the bending process of cold bending pipe. It is found that when the bending angle is in the range of 6-8°, the pipe is in the elastic-plastic zone, which satisfies the deformation requirements. Finally, verification was carried out in the laboratory and in the test section of the China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline. It is shown that the bended 6.4° cold bend pipe has uniform and stable springback and deformation and its ellipticity, wall thickness and inner arc waviness are well controlled, so it satisfies the engineering requirements. Based on the related calculation, analysis and verification, it is eventually determined that the maximum bending angle of X80 cold bending pipe with 1 422 mm diameter in China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline is 6° and its curvature radius is not less than 50 times of the steel pipeline OD (71 100 mm). The research results provide the guidance for the construction of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project.
