利用卤水试压法评价老腔的密封性

Tightness evaluation of existing cavern by brine injection test

  • 摘要: 利用盐化企业采卤形成的盐腔改建储气库,是加快盐穴储气库建设进度的有效方法。中国各地盐化企业由于长期生产形成的盐腔数量众多,快速、准确地评价其密封性是老腔改造过程中的重要问题。卤水试压法利用泵车和管道从井口注入饱和卤水,通过监测注入压力和卤水流量,计算腔体漏失量来评价盐腔的密封性,其无需向井下下入任何仪器和设备,对井况条件要求低,具有操作简单,测试成本低的优点。现场应用结果表明:该方法可以有效判断盐穴是否发生明显泄漏,是评价老腔前期密封性的可行方法。

     

    Abstract: Using and reforming existing cavern of salt chemical enterprise is an effective method to speed up the construction of gas storage. Lots of caverns formed in the long-term production of salt chemical enterprises in China. Accurately evaluate the tightness of salt caverns is an important issue in the process of existing caverns transformation. The brine injection test uses pump trucks and pipelines to inject saturated brine into the cavern. By monitoring the injection pressure and brine flow, the cavern leakage is calculated to evaluate the tightness of the salt cavern. This method does not need down-hole instruments and equipment and has the advantages of simple operation, low requirements for well conditions and low testing cost. The results of field application show that this method can effectively judge whether the salt cavern has obvious leakage or not, which is a feasible method for the early tightness evaluation of the cavern.
