Abstract:
At present, with the adjustment of national energy structure and the deep reform of oil and gas pipeline industry, the centralized control enterprises of long-distance oil and gas pipeline are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In this paper, PetroChina Oil & Gas Pipeline Control Center was taken as the example to analyze the development environment of the centralized control enterprises of long-distance oil and gas pipeline by means of analytical models, e.g. PESTEL. It is indicated that the centralized control enterprises of long-distance oil and gas pipeline will inevitably play a key role in the national large energy pattern in the future, and will present a promising development prospect. After the advantages and problems of centralized control enterprises were analyzed, the basic research method of enterprise strategic management was adopted to formulate the reasonable overall strategy and functional strategy for centralized control enterprises. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish the dominant position of centralized control enterprises in pipeline operation, and strengthen the implementation of the strategies from the aspects of structure optimization, cost control, technology innovation, talent guarantee, risk control and cultural guidance, so as to promote the sustainable development of such enterprises and ensure their maximum efficiency.
