天然气调压装置关键阀门选型与应用

Selection and application of the key valves of natural gas pressure regulating device

  • 摘要: 调压装置关键阀门在天然气长输管道输气站的应用日趋广泛,为了促进天然气调压装置的国产化发展,通过分析关键阀门的工作原理、性能特点及结构,针对现场实际工况,对关键阀门的选型和应用情况进行探讨。结果表明:国产调压装置关键阀门的主要技术指标已经达到国际同类产品的先进水平,对于带动中国制造业发展,促进油气管道降本增效具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The key valves of pressure regulating device in the gas transmission stations of long-distance gas pipeline gets more and more. To promote the localization of natural gas pressure regulating devices, the working principles, performance characteristics and structures of the key valves were analyzed. Then, based on the actual working conditions on site, the selection and application of key valves were discussed. It is indicated that the main technical indicators of the localized key valves of pressure regulating device have reached the international advanced level of similar products, which is of great significance to drive the development of China's national manufacturing industry and boost the cost reduction and efficiency increase of oil and gas pipelines.
