Anti-surge control and load distribution at the Gaizhou Compressor Station

  • 摘要: 压缩机组的防喘振及负荷分配控制一直是制约压缩机组稳定、高效运行的难题,提出采用PI控制响应、阶跃响应、安全响应及限制控制相结合的方法进行压缩机组防喘振控制,同时通过对压缩机组进出口压力和流量控制、解耦控制及平衡控制来实现压缩机组的性能控制与负荷平衡控制。在盖州压气站压缩机控制系统和站控系统的应用结果表明:压缩机组进口汇管的压力控制平稳、波动较小,控制效果显著。该方法能够使压气站压缩机组控制更加安全、稳定、节能,且可以达到更高的自动化程度,有利于盖州压气站的安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: The anti-surge and load distribution control of compressor set has always been a difficulty that restricts its stable and efficient operation. In order to solve this problem, the anti-surge control of compressor set is carried out by means of the combined method of PI control response, step response, safety response and limit control, and the performance control and load balancing control of compressor set are realized by controlling its inlet/outlet pressure and flow rate, decoupling and balance. And this method was applied to the compressor control system and station control system of the Gaizhou Compressor Station. It is shown that the pressure control of the inlet manifold of the compressor set is stable with small fluctuation and the control effect is remarkable. By virtue of this method, the control on the compressor set of compressor station is safer, more stable and energy-saving and can reach a higher degree of automation, which is beneficial to the safe and stable operation of the Gaizhou Compressor Station.
