Simulation test on the horizontal-well leaching of salt-cavern gas storage

  • 摘要: 水平井造腔是中国盐穴储气库的必然发展趋势,盐穴形态发展规律不明确是制约这一技术发展的瓶颈。利用研发的水平井造腔模拟试验装置开展试验,实时观测盐腔形态扩展过程。同时,研制了卤水质量分数同步取样装置,可以实现同一时刻盐腔不同部位卤水取样,分析盐腔内部卤水质量分数分布规律及其与注水流量的关系,探究盐腔形态扩展规律及其成因。研究结果可为水平井造腔技术的规模化应用提供技术支持与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Horizontal-well leaching is an inevitable development trend of salt-cavern gas storages in China, and the bottleneck restricting its development is that the morphological development law of salt cavern has not been clarified. In this paper, a simulation experimental instrument for horizontal-well leaching was developed to carry out tests. In the process of tests, the morphological propagation process of salt cavern was observed in real time. A set of synchronous sampling device for brine mass fraction was developed, which can realize brine sampling at different parts of the salt cavern at the same time. The relationship between the distribution law of brine mass fraction inside the salt cavern and the water injection rate was studied. Moreover, the morphological propagation law of salt cavern and its causes were analyzed. The research results provide technical support and reference for the large-scale application of horizontal-well leaching technology.
