成品油管道内检测清管技术

A pigging technology for in-line inspection of products pipeline

  • 摘要: 对成品油管道定期实施清管作业可以提高管输效率、油品质量及排查管道严重变形管段,在内检测前进行清管可以提高内检测的数据采集精度和数据质量。系统介绍了3种成品油管道清管器的工作原理和特点,提出了内检测前实施清管作业所用清管器的技术要求,讨论了清管实施阶段清管速度的选择,各阶段合格标准的判断以及收发、跟踪、定位等关键技术,为成品油管道内检测清管实施提供了指导。

     

    Abstract: Periodic pigging for products pipeline is conducive to improve transmission efficiency and products quality and check seriously deformed pipesection, so as to lay the foundation for the implementation of in-line inspection and increase the data acquisition accuracy and data quality of in-line inspection. In this paper, the operating principles and characteristics of three types of pigs for products pipelines were introduced systematically. Then, the technical requirements on pigs before the in-line inspection were proposed. Finally, some problems were discussed, including the selection of pigging speed in the stage of pigging operation, the judgment of approval standards at each stage and the key technologies for receiving, tracing and locating. The research results provide guidance for the pigging operation before the in-line inspection of products pipelines.
