管径508 mm单节双封型内封堵器结构设计及封堵性能

Structural design and plugging performance of 508 mm single-section double-seal internal plugging device

  • 摘要: 随着油气管道管内高压封堵技术的发展,为了提高管内高压封堵器封堵的安全性和可靠性,基于对国外管内封堵器结构设计现状的充分调研,提出了一种适用于管径为508 mm油气管道的单节双封型内封堵器结构方案,并依据设计性能指标进行了封堵能力的理论分析计算。利用有限元仿真分析方法对设计的单节双封型管内封堵器的封堵能力进行仿真分析,仿真分析结果高于指标要求的理论计算值,说明设计的单节双封型管内封堵器封堵能力满足设计指标要求。该研究可为单节双封型管内封堵器结构设计提供参考,对中国管内高压封堵技术水平的提升及相关装备的高质量发展具有一定的推动作用。

     

    Abstract: With the development of the internal high-pressure plugging technologies for oil and gas pipelines, it is necessary to improve the safety and reliability of internal high-pressure plugging device. For this regard, the structural designs of internal plugging devices at home and abroad were investigated in this paper. Then, a structure scheme of single-section double-seal internal plugging device suitable for the oil and gas pipelines with diameter of 508 mm was proposed, and the plugging capacity was theoretically analyzed and calculated according to the designed performance indexes. Finally, the plugging capacity of the newly designed single-section double-seal internal plugging device was simulated by means of finite element simulation analysis method. The simulation analysis result is higher than the theoretical calculation value required by the indexes, indicating that the plugging capacity of the newly designed internal plugging device satisfies design indexes. This study provides a reference for the structural design of single-section double-seal internal plugging device, and plays a certain role in promoting the technical progress and equipment development of the internal high-pressure plugging in China.
