新大一线低凝与高凝原油混合输送风险

Risk of mixed transportation of low pour point oil and high pour point oil in No.1 Xinda Pipeline

  • 摘要: 用低凝原油稀释高凝原油来实现高凝原油的常温输送方法,既能减少长输管道前期加热设备的投资,又可降低原油输送过程中的燃料消耗。通过对新大一线低凝与高凝原油混合输送过程中的运行参数进行分析,得到其混输过程中存在的5个运行问题。分别对各个风险问题进行讨论,提出了应对策略,以期为高凝原油常温输送的安全生产提供有益借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The transportation of high pour point oil at normal temperature by diluting the high pour point oil with low pour point oil can reduce not only the investment in heating equipment of long-distance pipelines in the early stage, but also the fuel consumption in the process of oil transportation. In this paper, the operation parameters during the mixed transportation of low pour point oil and high pour point oil in No.1 Xinda Pipeline were analyzed, and 5 actual problems in the process of mixed transportation were identified. Then, each problem was analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed, so as to provide the beneficial reference for the transportation safety of high pour point oil at normal temperature.
