含蜡原油静态磁处理降黏试验

Test on viscosity reduction of waxy crude oil by magnetic treatment

  • 摘要: 为探究磁处理技术对含蜡原油降黏效果的影响,利用自行研制的静态磁处理装置研究磁场强度、磁处理温度、磁处理时间对含蜡原油降黏效果的影响;采用偏光显微镜对磁处理前后含蜡原油蜡晶结构进行观察,并分析磁处理含蜡原油的降黏原因。静态磁处理结果表明,最佳磁处理条件是:磁场强度100 mT,磁处理温度49 ℃,磁处理时间10 min,影响磁处理效果的因素按影响程度高低依次是磁处理温度、磁处理强度、磁处理时间;通过显微观察试验发现,磁场促进了含蜡原油中小蜡晶颗粒的聚集,使得大蜡晶颗粒的数量增多,液态烃的流动截面积增大,进而降低了含蜡原油的黏度,改善了含蜡原油的流动性。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the effect of magnetic treatment technology on the viscosity reduction of waxy crude oil, the influencing effect of magnetic field intensity, magnetic treatment temperature and magnetic treatment time on the viscosity reduction of waxy crude oil was investigated using an independently developed static magnetic treatment device. Then, the wax crystal structure of waxy crude oil before and after magnetic treatment was observed by polarizing microscope and the reasons for the viscosity reduction of waxy crude oil by magnetic treatment were analyzed. The test results of static magnetic treatment show that the best magnetic treatment conditions include the magnetic field intensity of 100 mT, the magnetic treatment temperature of 49 ℃ and the magnetic treatment time of 10 min and the factors influencing magnetic treatment effect are ranked from the top to the bottom as magnetic treatment temperature, magnetic treatment intensity and magnetic treatment time. Microscopic observation test reveals that the magnetic field promotes the accumulation of small wax crystal particles, which increases the number of large wax crystal particles and the flow section area of liquid hydrocarbon, so as to reduce the viscosity of waxy crude oil and improve the fluidity of waxy crude oil.
