低温环境机械防腐补口装备构成与施工工艺

The composition and construction technology of mechanized joint coating equipment in low temperature environment

  • 摘要: 针对中俄东线天然气管道工程北段的冬季防腐补口施工要求,通过材料低温力学性能分析、结构优化设计、低温试验、低温电子元器件优选、机械式温控、加热元件高低温交变及国内外低温补口材料对比分析等综合研究,研制了适用于-40 ℃低温环境的机械化防腐补口装备,制定了配套的机械化防腐补口工艺和施工方案。工程应用表明:低温机械化防腐补口装备与工艺有效保证了中俄东线试验段及北段管道工程的防腐补口质量和施工效率,日平均补口30道,一次合格率100%。积累了大口径管道低温环境下的防腐补口施工经验,可为中俄东线天然气管道工程中段及同类管道工程的防腐补口施工提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: To satisfy the construction requirement on joint coating in China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project (the first phase) in winter, a series of comprehensive analysis were carried out, including analysis on low-temperature mechanical performance of materials, structure optimization design, low temperature test, optimal selection of cryogenic electronic component, mechanical temperature control, heating element at alternating high and low temperature, and comparative analysis on domestic and foreign low-temperature patching materials. Then, the mechanized joint coating equipment suitable for the low-temperature environment of -40 ℃ was developed, and its matching process and construction plan were prepared. Engineering application shows that the equipment and process of low-temperature mechanized joint coating can effectively guarantee the joint coating quality and construction efficiency of the test section and the first phase section in China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project. And its average daily coating is 30 with one pass rate of 100%. In this way, a great deal of construction experience of joint coating for large-diameter pipelines in low-temperature environment is accumulated, which can provide technical support for the joint coating of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project (the second phase) and similar pipeline engineering.
