Abstract:
In order to improve the scientificity and rationality of the safety evaluation on the inner coating of natural gas pipelines, the performance of the inner coating was experimentally studied. Then, combined with the actual service investigation of the inner coating of natural gas pipeline, the factors affecting the safety of the inner coating were analyzed by using the fishbone diagram. Then, an evaluation index system on the inner coating of natural gas pipeline was established.Finally, a safety evaluation method based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) used for the inner coating of natural gas pipeline was proposed and applied to evaluate the safety of the inner coating of a certain offshore natural gas pipeline.The results show that the FAHP based on the new index system can effectively evaluate the safety situation of the inner coating of natural gas pipelines and solve the complexity, uncertainty and multi-level difficulty in the evaluation of the inner coating. The research results provide a more scientific idea for the safety evaluation on the inner coating of natural gas pipelines.
