油气管沟土石方开挖量的积分计算

Calculation of earth and rock excavation volume of oil/gas pipeline trench by means of integral method

  • 摘要: 随着长距离油气管道沿线地形、地貌、地质条件不断变化,管沟的开挖形状也不断变化,为此难以准确计算管沟土石方开挖量。结合油气管沟开挖的技术要求,建立了油气管沟的几何模型,并将复杂的油气管沟几何模型分解为直线型体积单元和圆曲线型体积单元两种类型,利用积分法求出两种体积单元的体积计算公式。其中,圆曲线型体积单元的计算公式较复杂,采用多条线段拟合圆弧的方法对其进行验算,结果表明:圆曲线型体积单元计算公式推导合理,可以用于计算油气管沟的土石方开挖量。

     

    Abstract: The excavation shape of the pipeline trench changes constantly with the change of terrain, topography andgeological conditions along long-distance oil/gas pipelines, so it is difficult to accurately calculate the earth and rockexcavation volume of the pipeline trench. In this paper, the geometric model of pipeline trench was established accordingto the technical requirements of oil/gas pipeline trench excavation. Then, the complex geometric model of oil/gas pipelinetrench was divided into two types, i.e., linear volume unit and circular curve volume unit. The accurate volume calculationformula for both volume units are solved by means of the integral method. The calculation formula of circular curvevolume unit is more complicated, and it is checked by fitting the arc with multiple line segments. The result shows that thecalculation formula of circular volume unit is reasonable and can be used to calculate the earth and rock excavation volumeof oil/gas pipeline trench.
