便携式热收缩带固定片快速安装装置的研制

Development of a portable fast installation device for heat shrinkable tape stators

  • 摘要: 针对现有油气管道热收缩带防腐补口施工中人工火把安装固定片存在的人为因素影响大、质量差异大、效率低等问题,研制了一种便携式热收缩带固定片快速安装装置,其可实现热收缩带固定片的机械化快速安装。试验结果表明:便携式热收缩带固定片快速安装装置结构合理、操作简单、方便易携;安装质量好、效率高、用时短,可满足油气管道机械化防腐补口流水作业要求;可适应-40 ℃极低温施工环境,有效保证高寒地区油气管道防腐补口的施工质量。

     

    Abstract: The installation of heat shrinkable tape stator by using the artificial torch during the construction of anticorrosionjoint coating on existing oil and gas pipelines is faced with great influence of human factors, large difference of qualityand low efficiency. To solve these problems, a portable fast installation device for the heat shrinkable tape stator wasdeveloped in this paper. By virtue of this device, the mechanized fast installation of heat shrinkable tape stator can berealized. The test result shows that this portable fast installation device for heat shrinkable tape stators is advantageous withreasonable structure, simple operation, convenience and portability, good installation quality, high efficiency and short timeconsumption, and it can meet requirements on the flow process of mechanized anticorrosion joint coating on oil and gaspipelines. In addition, this device is adaptable to the construction environment of extremely low temperature (-40 ℃), so asto effectively guarantee the construction quality of anticorrosion joint coating on oil and gas pipelines in high and coldareas.
