管道凹陷检测中的Creaform3D激光扫描技术

Creaform3D laser scanning technology applied to the detection of pipeline defects

  • 摘要: 三维激光扫描技术能够快速、自动、准确地获取物体表面的点云数据,在对管道变形量较大位置处进行检测时,具有传统检测技术无法比拟的优势。将Creaform3D激光扫描仪与Pipecheck软件相结合,能够完成金属腐蚀、机械损伤等管道内外部缺陷的现场检测,并可基于检测结果进行整体形貌、应变与疲劳等评估、分析工作。实例应用结果表明:三维激光扫描仪能够极大地提高检测数据精度、节省检测时间,突显了Creaform3D激光扫描仪的技术优势,并可为Creaform3D激光扫描仪在其他领域的工程应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: By virtue of 3D laser scanning technology, the point cloud data on the material surface can be obtained rapidly, automatically and accurately. And when this technology is used to detect the pipeline section with large deformation, its advantages are incomparable to the traditional detection technologies. By combining Creaform3D laser scanner with Pipecheck software, the internal and external defects of pipelines (such as metal corrosion and mechanical damage) can be detected on site. And based on detection results, evaluation can be conducted, e.g. overall appearance, strain and fatigue analysis. Practical application results show that 3D laser scanner can improve the accuracy of detection data and save the detection time greatly. The research results not only highlight the technical advantages of Creaform3D laser scanner, but also provide references for its application in other fields.
