地下水封储油洞室断面及间距的数值模拟

Numerical simulation on the cross section and spacing of underground water-sealed oil storage caverns

  • 摘要: 地下水封储油洞室是大断面地下洞室,其洞室断面的大小对于整个洞室的稳定性起着关键作用。在洞室拱顶高度一定的情况下,对尺寸为18 m×25 m、19 m×28 m及20 m×30 m的3种断面方案进行了数值分析,结合地质条件、地应力等情况,得到最优断面为18 m×25 m。地下水封储油洞室是由多条平行的洞室组成的多组洞罐,每组洞罐间不允许串油,相邻洞室的间距对于洞室的稳定性和阻隔油品互串具有重要作用。采用Hoek-Brown模型在3种断面方案的情况下,分析相邻洞室间距分别为2倍洞宽、1.8倍洞宽及1.5倍洞宽时,两相邻洞室间的相互影响,给出了开挖后洞室直墙处的塑性区深度,进而判断洞室间距的合理性,对工程实践具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: An underground water-sealed oil storage is a kind of underground cavern with large cross section, and thesize of the cross section plays a critical role for the stability of the whole oil storage. In this paper, three cross sectionschemes (18 m×25 m, 19 m×28 m and 20 m×30 m) were analyzed at a fixed arch height. Then, based on numerical analysis, combined with the geological conditions and ground stress, 18 m×25 m was determined as the optimal cross section.Generally, an underground water-sealed oil storage includes several groups of cavern tanks composed of several parallelcaverns. No oil channeling is allowed between different groups of cavern tanks, so the spacing between two adjacent cavernsis particularly important for the stability of caverns and the isolation of oil products. Hoek-Brown model was adopted toanalyze the interaction of two adjacent caverns in three cross section schemes while their spacings were 2 times, 1.8 timesand 1.5 times the cavern span, respectively. The plastic zone at straight wall of cavern after excavation was provided to judgethe rationality of the spacing between cavities. The research results can be used as the guidance for engineeringpractice.
