基于LedaFlow的天然气凝析液管道瞬变过程模拟

Simulation on transient process of gas-condensate pipeline by LedaFlow

  • 摘要: 随着油气田不断向深海开发,多相混输管道的流动安全保障技术面临巨大挑战,天然气凝析液管道的不稳定工况会导致管道运行参数发生剧烈变化,给管道安全运行造成严重威胁。采用新型的多相流瞬态模拟软件LedaFlow对某天然气凝析液管道的水力和热力工况进行稳态、瞬态模拟,得到不同工况下管道沿线温度、压力、持液率及总积液量的变化情况。结果表明:LedaFlow的计算结果理论上是正确的,其变化趋势符合理论预期。通过软件计算可对管道运行中的安全操作和下游设备设计提供建议,从而为工程实际提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the development of oil and gas fields in deep water, multi-phase pipeline flow assurance technology isfaced with great challenges. The unstable conditions of gas-condensate pipeline can lead to drastic changes of the pipelineoperation parameters and consequently brings serious threat to the safe operation of pipeline. In this paper, LedaFlow, anew type of multiphase transient simulation software, was used to perform steady and transient simulations on a certaingas-condensate pipeline in the working conditions of hydraulic field and thermal field. And the change of temperature, pressure, liquid holdup and total liquid loading along the pipeline under different working conditions were obtained. Itis shown that the calculation results of LedaFlow are correct theoretically and their change trends are in line with thetheoretical expectations. In conclusion, based on above mentioned software calculation, suggestions can be proposed forthe safe operation of pipeline and the design of downstream equipment, so as to provide the references for engineeringpractice.
