Abstract:
With the expansion of oil and gas pipeline network in China, the comprehensive identification and monitoringon geological hazards of long-distance oil and gas pipelines is benificial to improving the risk management of pipeline andthe reliability of pipeline network. In this paper, the application status and development history of satellite remote sensingtechnology in the industry of pipeline were summarized by analyzing the application idea of satellite remote sensingtechnology to the identification and monitoring of geological hazards and its application cases in the industry of pipeline athome and abroad. Then, based on the method and principle of satellite remote sensing to monitor and identify geologicalhazards, the development trend of satellite remote sensing technology in the field of geological hazard identification andmonitoring of oil and gas pipeline was discussed. Finally, it was proposed to combine the surface displacement monitoringtechnology based on radar satellite remote sensing with the pipe deformation monitoring technology to analyze theinteraction relationship between pipe and soil. The research results could provide technical support for the further applicationpractice of intelligent pipelines.
