无配重层海底管道外防腐补口工艺方案

A joint coating process scheme for submarine pipelines without weight coating

  • 摘要: 为了提高铺管船法施工无配重层海底管道的施工效率,对铺管船作业线的补口工艺方案进行研究:对比了热收缩带的两种安装工艺;通过计算优化了铺管船作业线工位布置;通过试验明确了热收缩带通过托辊的临界温度,得到了喷淋后的降温曲线;优化了补口施工的工艺流程。结果表明:热收缩带安装的干膜工艺比湿膜工艺更适用于铺管船法施工无配重层海底管道;为防止热收缩带被划伤,应撤掉铺管船作业线7#工作站和8#工作站中间的托辊;当温度控制在75 ℃以下时,GTS-PE型热收缩带可无损通过托辊;热收缩带安装后,冷水喷淋10 min即可达到其通过托辊的温度条件;通过优化施工过程,一道口安装热收缩带的施工时间从23 min缩短为15 min。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the joint coating process used for the production line of pipe laying vessel was studied in order to improve the efficiency of pipe laying vessel method to construct submarine pipelines without weight coating. Firstly, two processes for installing heat shrinkable wraparound sleeve (HSWS) were compared. Then, the workstation layout was optimized by means of computation. In addition, the critical temperature of HSWS to run through the carrier roller was experimentally determined, and the cooling curve after water spraying was investigated. Finally, the process flow of joint coating construction was optimized. It is shown that from the aspect of HSWS installation, dry film process is more suitable than wet film process for the construction of submarine pipelines without weight coating pipeline by the pipe laying vessel method. In order to avoid scuffing the HSWS, the carrier roller between Workstation 7 and Workstation 8 shall be removed. GTS-PE HSWS can run through carrier rollers without damage if its temperature is controlled below 75 ℃. After HSWS is installed, its temperature can satisfy the requirement of running through carrier rollers if it is sprayed with cold water for 10 minutes. The HSWS installation time of one joint coating is decreased to15 minutes by optimizing the construction process.
