区域成品油优化配置研究进展

Research progress on allocation optimization of regional refined oil

  • 摘要: 区域成品油合理配置直接影响成品油供给链物流系统构建和成品油市场的发展,但中国区域成品油优化配置问题尚未形成较为完善的理论体系和优化方法。通过调研国内外资源配置问题的相关研究成果,分析了区域资源优化配置问题研究现状,基于中国大区域成品油供给系统,从成品油供给链、运输方式、库存管理以及不确定因素分析等角度出发,从问题实质、解决思路、优化模型及求解方法等方面梳理了区域成品油优化配置问题的研究重点、难点及进展。最终结合工程实际需求,提出了区域成品油优化配置问题的研究难点与发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Reasonable allocation of regional refined oil has the direct effect on the construction of logistics system for refined oil supply chain and the development of refined oil market. In China, however, the theoretical system and method on the allocation optimization of regional refined oil have not yet formed. In this paper, the research achievements on the resource allocation at home and abroad were investigated, and the research status on the allocation optimization of regional resources was analyzed. Then, from the viewpoints of refined oil supply chain, transportation mode, inventory management and uncertainty analysis, the research emphasis, difficulties and progress on the allocation optimization of regional refined oil were dissected from the aspects of problem essence, solution idea, optimization model and solution method based on Chinese large regional supply system of refined oil. Finally, the difficulties and development direction of the researches on the allocation optimization of regional refined oil were pointed out on the basis of actual engineering demand.
