Progress of theory and test studies on the erosion of solid particles

  • 摘要: 随着油气资源的不断开发,油气田开发、油气管道输送过程面临的冲蚀磨损问题日趋严重。通过总结分析现有冲蚀理论和冲蚀试验装置,系统介绍了国内外冲蚀问题的最新研究成果,阐述了利用旋转式、射流式或管流式试验装置进行冲蚀试验的新方法,着重分析了管道冲蚀速率的影响因素,并介绍了冲蚀模型的研究进展。指出了当前油气管道冲蚀研究中存在的问题及未来研究方向,对于研究油气管道及设备冲蚀问题,保证油气管道的输送安全,提高油气管道的输送效率具有重要的参考价值和工程意义。

     

    Abstract: With the oil & gas development, erosion wear is increasingly serious in the process of oil & gas field development and oil & gas pipeline transportation. In this paper, existing erosion theories and erosion test devices were summarized and analyzed, and the latest research results of erosion at home and abroad were introduced systematically. Then, the new erosion test methods by means of rotary, jet or tubular test device were illustrated and the factors influencing the pipeline erosion rate were mainly analyzed. In addition, the research progress of erosion model was described. And finally, current problems and future direction of the researches on pipeline erosion were pointed out. The research results provide the reference for the further studies on pipeline erosion and are of great engineering significance to researching the erosion of oil & gas pipelines and equipments, ensuring the transportation safety of oil & gas pipelines and improving the transportation efficiency.
