Design of two-dimensional code based personnel management system of long-distance pipeline engineering

  • 摘要: 长输管道工程施工范围广、参与单位多、人员结构复杂,工程现场人员管理对于工程项目的建设非常重要。根据移动互联网技术、二维码技术、物联网技术,设计了一种基于二维码的长输管道工程人员管理系统,其总体架构由WEB端、人员二维码工作证、移动端3部分组成,实现了对工程现场人员的信息化管理。将该系统应用于某在建原油长输管道工程,结果表明:该系统可以对工程现场人员个人信息、岗位职责、资质证件等进行有效整合与管控,促进人员上岗操作规范化,监控和约束现场人员的违规行为,有效提升工程建设管理水平,确保工程保质保量按时完成,大大节约工程投资。

     

    Abstract: The construction scope of long-distance pipeline engineering is wide and its participating units and personnel are structurally complex, so the personnel management at the project site is very important for the construction of the engineering project. In this paper, a two-dimensional code based personnel management system of long-distance pipeline engineering was designed by means of mobile Internet technology, two-dimensional code technology and Internet of Things technology. This system consists of three parts, including WEB terminal, two-dimensional code ID card and mobile terminal, and it can realize the informatization management of field personnel. Then, this system was applied to one long-distance crude oil pipeline under construction. It is shown that by virtue of this system, the personal information, post responsibilities and qualification certificates of field personnel are effectively integrated and controlled, the post operation standardization of personnel is promoted, and the irregularities of field personnel are monitored and controlled, so that the level of project construction management is effectively improved, the project is completed in accordance with the stipulated quality, quantity and time, and the project investment is saved significantly.
