航空煤油污染微生物检测方法

The methods for detecting contaminative microbes in aviation fuel

  • 摘要: 航空煤油的微生物污染严重威胁其储存安全和飞机的飞行安全,其准确检测尤为重要。介绍了目前应用于航空煤油污染微生物的主要检测方法,包括传统微生物培养法、分析化学法、分子生物学法及间接检测法等,不同的检测方法在实际应用中各有利弊。存储状态下的航空煤油中存在大量的污染微生物,应联合应用多种检测方法,以得到准确的污染微生物信息。

     

    Abstract: Microbial contamination in aviation fuel seriously threatens the storage of aviation fuel and the flight safety of aircrafts, so it is quite important to detect microbes in aviation fuel. In this paper, the main detection methods currently applied to detect contaminative microbes in aviation fuel were described in detail, including traditional microbe culture method, analytical chemistry method, molecular biology method and indirect detection method, and each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages in practical applications. There are lots of contaminative microbes in the stored aviation fuel. And in order to obtain information on contaminative microbes accurately, it is necessary to adopt multiple detection methods jointly.
