Abstract:
There are much differences between different branch companies of group enterprise in terms of pipeline length, management level, technical capacity and management mode. In order to promote the integrity management comprehensively, the integrity management system of group enterprise based on the management mode of plan-practice-inspection-improvement was established in reference to domestic and foreign experience of pipeline integrity management. Then, CNOOC Gas & Power Group was taken as the example. Two-level integrity management organization structure for CNOOC Gas & Power Group and its affiliated companies was developed with integrity concept as the guidance, organization structure as the guarantee and advanced technology as the means. And the integrity management technologies were studied from the aspects of the central line check of in-service pipeline, the alignment of in-line inspection data and the warning of third party. It is practically indicated that by virtue of the pipeline integrity management system of group enterprise, the pipeline integrity management level of CNOOC Gas & Power Group is improved significantly. The research results can be used as the reference for the application and popularization of pipeline integrity management technology in other group enterprises.
