输油气管道开孔的磨料射流技术

Abrasive jet technology in the tapping of oil/gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了实现中缅原油管道(缅甸段)马德首站罐区管道与新增溢油池回注管道的工艺连通,提出了利用磨料射流技术进行开孔连头的方法。基于磨料射流技术,制作了喷嘴夹持装置,在管径为914 mm的原油管道上一次性完成DN 350开孔作业。现场应用表明:磨料射流作为一种冷切割技术可以有效避免作业过程中输油气管道内易燃易爆残留物引发的燃烧爆炸危险,安全环保,且无需考虑输油气管道内可燃介质浓度,省略了可燃气体浓度不间断检测和注氮保护等环节,因而大大提高了开孔效率。通过开展磨料射流技术的现场应用研究,为其在油气田地面工程领域进一步推广应用奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a method to tap crude oil pipeline by means of abrasive jet technology was proposed in order to realize the process connection between the tank pipeline of Made initial station and the reinjection pipeline of the newly built oil spill pool in China-Myanmar Crude Oil Pipeline(Myanmar section). The clamping-nozzle device was developed on the basis of the abrasive jet technology. And then it was applied to completing the tapping of DN 350 in the crude oil pipeline with 914 mm diameter at a time. The field application results show that the abrasive jet technology, as a kind of cold cutting technology, has the advantages of safety and environmental protection and it can prevent the flammable and explosive residues in oil/gas pipeline from leading to risks of burning and explosion. In addition, the concentration of combustible media in oil/gas pipeline doesn't have to be taken into consideration, and the continuous detection of combustible gas concentration and the nitrogen injection protection are skipped, so the tapping efficiency is improved effectively. To sum up, the field application of abrasive jet is conducive to its further popularization in the field of oil/gas field surface engineering.
