成品油罐车罐体柔性内衬的应用可行性

Application feasibility of flexible lining in the tank body of products oil tanker

  • 摘要: 为了增强成品油罐车公路运输的安全性,避免罐体因交通事故等突发事件发生泄漏,提出在成品油公路运输罐车罐体内加装柔性内衬的方案。在油罐车罐体加装软体内衬,通过塑形并未减少罐体仓储空间,又因所装内衬具备一定的柔性,罐内油气空间缩小,降低了呼吸损耗和燃爆危险性。当遇有交通事故等外力造成钢制罐体受损甚至破裂后,柔性罐体可以保护罐内油品不发生泄漏,有效阻止二次安全、环保事故危害的发生。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a scheme to install flexible lining in the tank body of products oil tanker for road transportation was proposed to enhance its safety in the process of road transportation and reduce the possibility of oil leakage caused by sudden events, e.g. traffic accidents. When the tank body of tanker is equipped with the flexible lining, its storage room is not reduced owing to shaping. And besides, due to the flexibility of the lining, the oil vapor space in the tank shrinks, so respiratory loss and explosion risk are reduced. When the steel tank is damaged or even cracked due to traffic accidents or other external forces, the flexible tank can protect the oil products from leakage and prevent the secondary safety and environmental protection accidents.
