管道水工效能评价方法优化及实践

Optimization and practice of pipeline hydraulic efficiency evaluation method

  • 摘要: 水工效能评价方法可以针对管道沿线大规模、不同种类水工样本进行评分排序,从而有针对性地进行维护、修缮、投资分配等。通过近十年的实践与现场应用,传统水工效能评价存在不完善之处。介绍了水工效能评价的基本理论与实现方式,提出了针对不同水工实际特点进行的基于层次分析法的水工效能评价方法,结合实例对现场评价结果进行了分析论证。结果表明:针对不同水工特点进行的优化评价可以细化评价等级,更有针对性地进行投资,对提高管道安全性能具有指导作用。

     

    Abstract: Hydraulic efficiency evaluation methods can be used to mark and rank all kinds of large-scale hydraulic samples along the pipeline so that maintenance, repair and investment allocation can be conducted targetedly. However, the practice and field application in recent ten years show that traditional hydraulic efficiency evaluation methods have disadvantages.In this paper, the basic theory and operation mode of hydraulic efficiency evaluation were introduced. Then a hydraulic efficiency evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process was proposed according to different actual hydraulic characteristics. Finally, based on a case study, the field application results were analyzed and demonstrated. It is indicated that by virtue of the optimized evaluation based on different hydraulic characteristics, the evaluation levels can be refined and the investment can be more specific. The research results provide the guidance for improving the safety performance of pipelines.
