基于系统可靠性的压缩机备用方案

Standby compressor scheme based on system reliability

  • 摘要: 中国天然气管道系统的压缩机备用方案多是基于机组运行经验、机组本身可用性分析的结果、水力系统和经济角度分析的结果,并未考虑系统其他组成部分的影响。为全面反映备用方案对整个管道系统的影响,采用系统可靠性分析方法,以中俄天然气管道东线北段为例,将生产可用度作为目标值,对不同输量下的压气站设置备用机组、无备用机组以及全线隔站设置备用机组3种方案进行预测,结果表明:在设计输量下,设置备用机组和隔站设置备用机组2种方案的生产可用度大于1,满足设计输送任务,综合对比后推荐中俄东线北段采用隔站设置备用机组方案,减少管道系统投资,优化投资回报。

     

    Abstract: The standby compressor scheme of natural gas pipeline systems in China is mostly based on the Unit operation experience, the applicability analysis results of compressor itself, and the analysis results of hydraulic systems and economy, doesn't consider the influence of the other parts of the system. In this paper, the system reliability analysis method was adopted in order to reflect fully the influence of the standby scheme on the whole pipeline system. The north section of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline was taken as the example to predict three standby compressor schemes at different throughout with the production availability as the objective value, i.e., setting standby units at the compressor station, setting no standby units and setting standby units every two stations along the whole line. It is shown that under the designed throughout, the scheme setting standby units at the compressor station and the one setting standby units every second station along the whole line can satisfy the designed transportation task and their production availability is greater than 1. Based on the comprehensive comparison, it is recommended to apply the standby compressor scheme of setting standby units every second station to the north section of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline. The scheme can reduce the investment in pipeline system and optimize investment return.
