Abstract:
To satisfy development of oil and gas pipeline construction cooperation between China and Russia, it is necessary to select some standards from Chinese and Russian common pipeline construction standards to compare and analyze the differences. In this paper, the common pipeline construction standards of two countries were comparatively analyzed from the aspects of standard system, timeliness, regional characteristics, coverage contents and construction links (e. g. main pipeline engineering and main pipeline crossing engineering). It is indicated that Chinese standards are systematically concise and structurally clear with wide coverage and strong timeliness, and Russian standards are characterized with rich contents, specific requirements, obvious regional characteristics and strong pertinence. Then, it was recommended to define the boundary line of standards in advance when Chinese enterprises involve in China-Russia cooperation projects. As for the pipeline construction in Russia, Russian pipeline construction standards shall be followed and Chinese pipeline construction standards and experience are taken as the reference. And it is necessary to collect and apply international advanced standards actively and enhance technical reserves and transformation.
