三圆平衡法在LM2500+燃气发生器转子动平衡中的应用

摘要: LM2500+燃气发生器进行中修、现场对压气机叶片处理等操作都会影响整个转子的动平衡, 进而影响燃驱压缩机组及发电机组运行的可靠性和稳定性。通过研究LM2500+燃气发生器结构及装配过程, 分析了转子不平衡量产生的原因, 是由于该型燃气发生器中修过程中仅对涡轮转子进行平衡, 而压气机转子组装时并未考虑两个转子的质量轻点配合情况, 使整个转子的不平衡量增加、振动增大, 最终导致机组振动超限。在不分解燃气发生器压气机和现场缺少专业设备的情况下, 可以采用三圆平衡法进行LM2500+燃气发生器的转子配平。实例应用结果表明: 三圆平衡法动平衡过程作图相对复杂, 且试验数据精确性稍差, 但能够有效解决旋转机械的振动问题, 可以广泛用于现场操作。Abstract: During the medium maintenance of LM2500+gas generator or the field treatment of compressor impeller, the dynamic balance of the whole rotor is impacted, and consequently the reliability and stability of gas turbine-driven compressor unit and generator unit are influenced.In this paper, the structure and assembly process of LM2500+gas generator were investigated, and the cause of the unbalance was analyzed.It is indicated that during the medium maintenance of LM2500+gas generator, only the turbine rotor is balanced while the light point coordination of two rotors aren't taken into account during the assembly of the compressor rotor.As the unbalance and vibration of the whole rotor increases, the vibration of the compressor set is ultimately beyond the limit.Three-circle balancing method can be adopted to balance the rotor of LM2500+gas generator if the compressor of gas generator is not disassembled or professional equipments are lacking on site.Finally, a case study was carried out.It is revealed that three-circle balancing method is more complex in plotting the process of dynamic balance and lower in the accuracy of experimental data, but it can effectively solve the vibration of dynamic machinery, so it can be widely used for field operation.
