唐山LNG接收站浸没燃烧式气化器运行优化

Operation optimization of submerged combustion vaporizer in Tangshan LNG receiving station

  • 摘要: LNG的气化外输主要依赖于浸没燃烧式气化器, 其稳定运行决定着整个LNG接收站的外输能力和经济效益。以唐山LNG接收站浸没燃烧式气化器运行情况为例, 分析了气化器运行中的主要风险, 并提出了优化措施; 通过分析浸没燃烧式气化器的运行状态和燃料气消耗情况, 将试验研究与计算方法相结合, 对其参数设定进行优化, 提高了设备稳定性, 降低了燃料气成本, 提升了设备运行的经济性。该优化方法科学可行, 可为LNG接收站的运营、浸没燃烧式气化器的国产化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The gasification and transportation of LNG mainly depends on the submerged combustion vaporizer(SCV), whose stable operation determines the transportation capacity and economic benefit of the entire LNG receiving station.In this paper, the SCV in Tangshan LNG receiving station was taken as the study object, The main risks during the operation of the vaporizer were analyzed and the optimization measures were put forward.Then, the operating state and fuel gas consumption situation of SCV were analyzed.Finally, experimental studies and calculation methods were combined to optimize parameter setting, increase equipment stability, reduce fuel gas cost and improve operation economy of equipments.It is shown that the optimization method is scientific and feasible.The method can provide the reference for the operation of LNG receiving station and the localization of SCV.
