中洛线中原原油与普托原油掺混增输方案比选

Comparision of throughput increase schemes for the mixed oil of Zhongyuan crude oil and Putuo oil in Zhongyuan-Luoyang Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了解决中原油田石化总厂的产品质量和环保问题, 拟向中洛线输送进口普托原油和中原原油的混合油。中原原油属于易凝高黏原油, 若与普托原油混合将改变管输原油的物性, 影响管道安全经济运行, 因此需评估增输方案的可行性, 制定新的管输方案。首先开展室内掺混实验, 确定中原原油与普托原油(混合比例1:2.6)的混合条件, 测定不同掺混比例下混合原油的基础物性; 然后以1月份为例, 对中洛线4种可能的混输方案进行计算、分析、比选, 确定全年各月份的输送方案; 最后利用自制的沉降设备对混合原油在停输过程中重质组分的沉降情况进行研究, 在实验条件下未出现明显沉降, 为评估混合原油停输风险、制定停输再启动方案提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of product quality and environmental protection of Petrochemical Plant in Zhongyuan Oilfield, it is planned to transport the mixed oil of imported Putuo oil and Zhongyuan crude oil in ZhongyuanLuoyang Oil Pipeline.The Zhongyuan crude oil has high pour point and viscosity and the physical properties of the piped oil will be changed after it is mixed with Putuo oil.Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the feasibility of throughput increase and work out a new transportation scheme.Firstly, indoor mixing experiments were carried out to determine the mixing conditions of Zhongyuan crude oil and Putuo oil(mixing ratio 1:2.6)and measure the basic physical properties of the mixed oil at different mixing ratios.Then, four possible mixing transportation schemes of Zhongyuan-Luoyang Oil Pipeline were calculated, analyzed and compared with January as an example to determine the transportation scheme of each month.Finally, the deposition of heavy components during the shutdown of mixed oil was studied by means of the independentlymade settlement facility.It is shown that no obvious deposition of heavy components occurs in the experimental conditions.The research results provide the basis for assessing the shutdown risk of mixed oil and formulating the restart plan after shutdown.
