数字孪生体及其在智慧管网应用的可行性

Digital Twin and its application feasibility to intelligent pipeline networks

  • 摘要: 伴随着工业4.0时代的来临, 数字孪生体(Digital Twin)概念蓬勃发展, 在航空航天、汽车制造、军事、能源等行业中逐步得到应用, 为其在管道行业的应用发展起到良好示范。介绍了数字孪生体的内涵和发展演化过程, 分析了数字孪生体在产品设计、飞机故障预测、汽车制造、电厂发电机组智能健康管理、复杂产品装配等行业的应用案例, 并从管道设计、调度优化、管道设备运行维护、管道全生命周期管理4个方面分析数字孪生体在油气管道中的应用前景。数字孪生体为真实管道系统与虚拟管道系统的信息交互及融合提供了新的技术手段, 可以实现虚拟管道的仿真优化, 有利于促进智慧管网建设。

     

    Abstract: With the advent of the industry 4.0 era, the concept of Digital Twin is flourishing and is gradually being applied in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, military, energy and other industries, which has played a good demonstration effect for its application and development in the industry of pipeline.In this paper, the connotation and evolution process of Digital Twin were introduced.Then, the application practices and cases of Digital Twin in the industries of product design, aircraft fault prediction, automobile manufacturing, intelligent health management of power plant generatorset and complex product assembly were analyzed.Finally, the application prospects of Digital Twin in oil and gas pipeline were discussed from four aspects, e.g.pipeline design, scheduling optimization, pipeline equipment operation and maintenance, and life-cycle pipeline management.In conclusion, the Digital Twin provides the new technical means for the information interaction and fusion between the real pipeline system and the virtual pipeline system, so as to achieve the simulation optimization of virtual pipeline, guide the construction and operation optimization of real pipeline and promote the construction of intelligent pipeline network.
