西气东输三线0.8设计系数试验管段试压的可靠性

Reliability of the test pipe section with 0.8 design factor of the 3rd West-to-East Gas Pipeline in pressure test

  • 摘要: 西气东输三线西段一级地区的某段300 km天然气管道是中国首次采用0.8设计系数的管道, 体现了中国管道设计建设水平。设计系数从0.72提高至0.8, 管道壁厚减薄, 为了保证管道安全运行, 需要对管道进行高强度试压。提出一种基于可靠性的试压评价方法, 采用蒙特卡罗技术进行可靠性分析, 将现场实际和极限状态理论模型结合, 对设计系数为0.8的试验管段进行实际静水压试验。基于可靠性的试压评价方法有利于保障试压的安全性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: It is at a 300 km test section in the first-order area in the west part of the 3 rd West-to-East Gas Pipeline that 0.8 design factor is used for the first time in China and it embodies the pipeline design and construction level of China. As the design factor increases from 0.72 to 0.8, the pipe wall gets thinner. In order to ensure the operation safety of pipelines, therefore, it is necessary to carry out high pressure tests on the pipelines. In this paper, a reliability based pressure test evaluation method was proposed. In this method, Monte Carlo technology is used to carry out reliability analysis. The actual hydrostatic pressure test was conducted on the test pipe section that design factor is 0.8 by combining the actual data with the limit state theory model. The reliability based pressure test evaluation method is beneficial to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of pressure test.
