LNG接收站试运投产关键环节的质量控制

Quality control in the key links of LNG terminal's commissioning

  • 摘要: LNG接收站安全、按期试运投产是保证其平稳、高效运营的重要环节, 一旦管道及设备的施工、吹扫、气密、干燥置换、预冷、单机试车等环节质量控制不到位, 可能造成投产期间事故频发, 甚至延迟试车。以中国某大型LNG接收站为研究对象, 总结LNG接收站试运投产关键环节的质量控制要点, 对影响LNG储罐与工艺管道干燥、预冷效果的主要因素以及重要设备单机试车前检查的重点部位进行深入分析, 并提出施工控制措施。研究结果对其他新建LNG接收站的投产具有借鉴意义, 也可供相关设计、施工单位参考。

     

    Abstract: The on-schedule safe commissioning is the important link to secure smooth and efficient operation of LNG terminals. Once the quality control of key links doesn't reach the standard, such as construction, purging, air tightness, drying replacement, pre-cooling and single machine commissioning of pipeline and equipment, accidents may happen frequently while LNG terminal is put into production and even the trial run is delayed. In this paper, the quality control essentials in each key link of commissioning of LNG terminal were summarized by taking the problems which appeared in a certain domestic LNG terminal during its commissioning as the research object. Then, the factors that influence the drying and cooling effect of LNG tanks and process pipelines and the key points that shall be checked before the single machine commissioning of important equipments were analyzed thoroughly. Finally, the construction control measures were proposed. The research results can provide the experience for the commissioning of other newly built LNG terminals and can also be used as the reference for relevant design and construction companies.
