中俄东线黑龙江穿越管道安装设计方案

Pipeline installation design for Heilongjiang crossing of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 中俄东线天然气管道黑龙江穿越段采用内径为2.44 m的小断面盾构隧道,安装管道直径为1 422 mm,无法采用在盾构隧道平巷内焊接的常规方法。基于此,设计了针对小断面、长隧道内安装大口径管道的技术方案。该方案在始发井内完成管道组对、焊接、检验及防腐等工作,在接收井内通过牵引设备将管道牵引到接收井一端,实现盾构内管道安装。基于此,研制了适用于工程特殊需要的发送轨道、滚动支座及补偿器等配套设施。数值模拟计算和现场试验结果表明:该管道安装方案可行,可以为小断面、长隧道穿越内安装大口径管道提供可靠的借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: A small sized shield tunnel (I.D 2.44 m) is adopted in the Heilongjiang crossing section of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline, but the installed pipeline diameter is 1 422 mm, so the conventional method, i.e., welding in the drift of shield tunnel is not useful. In this paper, therefore, a new technical scheme for installing large-diameter pipeline in small sized long tunnels was designed. According to this scheme, the pipeline assembling, welding, testing and anti-corrosion are completed in the launching shaft, and then the pipeline is pulled to receiving shaft by a draw off equipment in the receiving shaft. And thus, the pipeline is installed inside the shield. Based on this, a series of support devices (e.g. outgoing rail, rolling bearing and compensator) suitable for the special engineering requirements were developed. It is demonstrated from numerical simulation and field test that this pipeline installation scheme is feasible and can provide the reliable reference for the installation of large-diameter pipelines in small sized long tunnel crossing projects.
