成品油管道混油进罐切入量的计算分析

Computation and analysis of cutting volume of the contaminated oil in products pipeline into tanks

  • 摘要: 在成品油管道的实际输送过程中,对柴油和汽油顺序输送的批次通常采用固定比例切割,但有些管道在切完第2刀后,仍有较长的一段混油。通过混油掺混室内实验和混油进罐现场试验,针对65 ℃0#柴油推93#汽油的混输管道,在完成混油切割第2刀之后,分别对后行油品切入空罐、切入闪点一致的纯净柴油罐、切入含有不同闪点柴油的纯净油罐3种情况进行计算分析,得到罐内油品达到合格时的体积量。结果表明:后行油品切入空罐时,罐内油品量达到600 m3时油品合格;切入存油分别为50 m3、100 m3的同一闪点纯净柴油罐,罐内油品量分别达到580 m3、500 m3时油品合格;切入存油为60 ℃纯净柴油罐,切入量会稍大;切入存油为70 ℃纯净柴油罐,切入量会减小。研究结果可有效指导混油切割。

     

    Abstract: In the actual transportation of products pipeline, the batch of diesel-gasoline batch transportation is usually cut according to the fixed proportion, but there is still a long section of contaminated oil after the second cutting in some pipelines. In this paper, laboratory blending experiment and site test for contaminated oil cut into tanks were carried out on the contaminated oil in the pipeline where 93# gasoline driven by 0# diesel of 65 ℃. After the second cutting of contaminated oil, the trailing oil product was cut into the empty tank, the clean diesel tank with consistent flash point and the clean tank containing the diesel of different flash points, respectively. Then, the calculation and analysis were conducted correspondingly to obtain the volume the moment the oil product in the tank is qualified. It is indicated that the oil is qualified when the volume in the tank is 600 m3 if the trailing oil product is cut into the empty tank. If it is cut into the clean diesel tank in which the flash point is the same and the volume of the stored oil is 50 m3 and 100 m3, the oil product is qualified when the volume in the tank reaches 530 m3 and 450 m3, respectively. If it is cut into the clean diesel tank with the stored oil of 60 ℃, the cutting volume is greater. And if the stored oil is 70 ℃, the cutting volume is smaller. The research results can be used as the guidance for the cutting of contaminated oil.
