沥青及重质燃料油罐区计量系统

Metering system of bitumen and heavy fuel oil tank farm

  • 摘要: 由于沥青及重质燃料油温度高、黏度大,增加了储罐计量工作的难度,成为制约精确计量和经济分析的障碍。以缅甸油库沥青及重质燃料油罐区计量系统为例,结合现场实际情况,从系统配置、工作流程等方面,详细分析了罐区计量系统的组成部分,阐述了整个计量系统的计量原则,完成了计量过程的数据采集、处理及传输至上位系统等功能。通过对常规计量方式加以改进,较好地解决了沥青及重质燃料油罐区精确计量和特定工艺流程控制等问题。监视罐内产品温度、压力及液位等参数有助于确保用于财务报告、生产计划及时间安排数据的准确性,同时对类似油库罐区监控自动化建设具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Bitumen and heavy fuel oil are of high temperature and viscosity, which increases the difficulty of tank metering and restricts the precise measurement and economic analysis. In this paper, the metering system of bitumen and heavy fuel oil tank farm in Myanmar depot was taken as an example. Based on the field situations, the components of a tank farm metering system were analyzed in detail from the aspects of system configuration and work flow. Then, the metering principles of the whole metering system were illustrated, and its functions were completed, including data acquisition, processing and transmission to the host system in the process of metering. Furthermore, the precise measurement of bitumen and heavy fuel oil tank farm and the control of special technological process were realized by improving the conventional measurement methods. In conclusion, monitoring the temperature, pressure and level of the products in tanks is conducive to ensure the accuracy of financial report, production plan and scheduling data, and can be used as the reference for the construction of automatic monitoring system in similar tank farms.
