Excavation technology used for oil/gas pipeline trenches in mountain areas

  • 摘要: 为进一步完善油气长输管网系统, 施工单位将面临更高难度的施工作业, 山地长输管道施工将常态化, 其中山地管沟开挖是山地长输管道施工中的重点和难点。以西气东输三线工程东段5标段管道为例, 深入分析管沟沿线的地质和地貌情况, 针对山地管道管沟开挖施工技术的要点和难点, 对不同地质条件下应该采用不同的管沟开挖方法进行了分析和论述, 进而提出了有利于提高管沟开挖效率、提升管沟成型效果的建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the long-distance pipeline system, the construction units will be inevitably faced with more difficult construction, and the construction of long-distance pipelines in mountain areas will become normal. Therefore, the excavation of pipeline trench in the mountain areas is the important and difficult point during the construction of longdistance pipeline in the mountain areas. In this paper, the pipeline engineering of eastern section 5 in the Third West-toEast Gas Pipeline was taken as the example. The geological and geomorphological situations along the pipeline trench were analyzed thoroughly. Then, based on the key points and difficult points of excavation technology for pipeline trench in mountain areas, the ideas that different pipeline trench excavation technologies shall be adopted according to different geological conditions were analyzed and discussed. Finally, the suggestions to increase the pipeline trench excavation efficiency and improve the pipeline trench shaping effect were put forward.
