Upgrade of trial run control system for RB211-24G multi-onfigurations gas generator

  • 摘要: 为了实现多构型RB211-24G燃气发生器试车, 提出了升级压缩机组维检修中心试车台控制系统的方法。根据试验结果确定了可调进气导向叶片(Variable Inlet Guide Vane, VIGV)控制系统的归零电流和PID参数, 通过静态方法和动态方法验证了参数的可靠性, 保障了可调静子叶片的稳定运行, 优化了排气温度热电偶接线方法, 节省了试车备件采购投资, 大幅提高了试车工作效率。通过多构型燃气发生器的生产试车, 验证了升级后试车控制系统的可靠性和兼容性, 解决了试车台与不同构型机组不兼容的问题。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the method to upgrade the control system of test cell in Petro China Pipeline Compressors-set Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Center was put forward to realize the trial run of RB211-24 G multi-configuration gas generator. The null current and PID parameters of the variable inlet guide vane control system were determined according to the experiment results, the reliability of these parameters was verified by means of static and dynamic methods, and the stable operation of the variable stator vane was guaranteed. The exhaust temperature thermocouple wiring method was optimized, so that the purchase investment of spare parts for trial run is saved and the engine test efficiency is improved greatly. By conducting the production test on multi-configuration gas generator, the reliability and compatibility of the upgraded engine test control system are verified, and compatibility of the test cell with the units of different configurations is achieved.
