立式圆柱形储罐滚动隔震试验

Rolling isolation test on vertical cylindrical tank

  • 摘要: 为了明确滚动隔震装置对立式圆柱形储罐的减震效果, 利用地震模拟振动台进行立式圆柱形储罐模型试验。按照1∶4相似比设计立式圆柱形储罐罐体模型, 在罐壁环向不同高度布置加速度传感器的测点, 并输入El-Centro波、Pasadena波、金门地震波3种地震波, 测得罐体加速度和提离位移, 将其与未安装滚动隔震装置的传统抗震结构体系的立式圆柱形储罐进行对比分析。试验结果表明: 采用隔震控制体系后, 储罐底部的加速度响应降低49.49%~62.47%, 可以按降低烈度进行抗震设计; 滚动隔震对立式圆柱形储罐的提离高度有明显的降低效果, 其中金门地震波作用下提离减震效果达到28.5%, 而在El-Centro波和Pasadena波作用下提离减震效果超过76.6%, 能有效防止储罐出现象足屈曲或大角焊缝开裂破坏。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the damping effects of rolling isolation devices on vertical cylindrical tanks, the model test was conducted on the vertical cylindrical tank using the shaking table of earthquake simulation. The model of vertical cylindrical tank was designed according to the similarity ratio of 1:4, and the measuring points of the acceleration sensors were arranged in the circumferential direction at different heights of the tank wall. Then, three kinds of earthquake waves (El-Centro wave, Pasadena wave and Kinmen earthquake wave) were input. Finally, acceleration and lifting displacement of the tank were measured and compared with those of the vertical cylindrical tank with the traditional earthquake-resistance structure system which has no rolling isolation device. It is shown that the acceleration response at the bottom of the tank is reduced by 49.49%-62.47% when the isolation control system is adopted, and the earthquake resistance design can be conducted on the basis of the decreased intensity. Furthermore, by virtue of rolling isolation, the lifting height of vertical cylindrical tank is decreased significantly, and the damping efficiency of the lifting is 28.5% under the action of Kinmen earthquake wave and 76.6% or more under El-Centro wave and Pasadena wave. As a result, elephant-foot buckling or cracking damage of big fillet weld can be effectively prevented.
