大批量原油顺序管输流量可视化优化方法

A visual optimization method on the flow rate of batch transportation of mass crude oil

  • 摘要: 在大批量原油顺序管输计划优化中,存在关于节能-平稳的矛盾性优化目标。基于此,提出了一种可视化优化排产方法:基于隐枚举法求得各支管在各流量条件下的最优泵组合及能耗,获得最低能耗(最优泵组合)-转折流量曲线,而后将各支管的最低能耗-转折流量曲线按所规定的总时间约束进行叠加,生成综合能耗-综合流量曲线,获得直观的综合经济输量区间,为计划人员安排各类原油的批次顺序和输量提供参考,辅助实现关于矛盾性目标的折中优化。采用该方法对示例管输任务进行计划优化,结果表明:采用可视化流量优化方法提高了管输方案编制的经济性和时效性,同时由于优化方案的可视性较好,能够辅助业务人员降低方案编制失误的风险。

     

    Abstract: It is contradictory between energy saving and smooth transportation when the batch transportation plan of mass crude oil is optimized. In this paper, a visual optimization scheduling method was put forward to optimize the contradiction between energy saving and smooth transportation. In this method, the implicit enumeration method was applied to calculate the optimal pump combination and its energy consumption of each branch pipeline at various flow rates, and accordingly the curves of lowest energy consumption (optimal pump combination)-flow rate at the turnover point were plotted. Then, the composite energy consumption-composite flow rate curve was established by stacking the curves of lowest energy consumption-flow rate at the turnover point of all branch pipelines under the constraint of stipulated total time. And thus, the visual composite economic flow rate interval was figured out so as to provide the dispatchers with the reference for arranging the batch sequences and flow rates of each type of crude oil. And consequently, the contradictory target is optimized compromisingly. This method was applied in one case of pipeline transportation for scheme optimization. It is demonstrated that by virtue of visual flow rate optimization method, the economy and timeliness of pipeline transportation plan is improved. And meanwhile, the good visualization of optimization scheme is conducive for the operators to reduce the risk of scheme faults. (6 Figures, 3 Tables, 20 References)
