无线测温技术在储罐火灾报警中的应用

Application of wireless temperature measurement technology to the fire alarm of oil storage tanks

  • 摘要: 储罐火灾报警装置对于保障大型油库安全运营具有重要意义。为解决当前以光纤光栅感温探测装置为主的火灾报警系统误报率较高、维修维护不便等问题,通过在浮顶罐浮盘二次密封圈上安装无线测温探头,运用无线传输技术,将温度测量数据实时上传至上位机监控,建立无线储罐火灾报警系统,实现对储罐罐顶温度的探测和火灾的报警联动。通过大量测试和长期试用,无线储罐火灾报警系统具有测量准确、单点显示、安装方便、维护简单等优点,具有较强的稳定性和可靠性,值得深入研究和推广应用。

     

    Abstract: The fire alarm device of oil storage tank is of great significance to the safe operation of large oil depots. At present, fire alarm systems with the optical fiber grating temperature sensing device as the main part are faced with high false alarm rate and inconvenient repair and maintenance. In order to solve these problems, a wireless temperature sensing probe was innovatively installed at the secondary seal ring of the floating disc of floating roof tank. By virtue of the wireless transmission technology, the measured temperature data was real-time uploaded to the principal computer for monitoring, and the wireless tank fire alarm system was established to achieve the linkage of tank top temperature detection with fire alarm. It is verified by extensive testing and long-term trial that the wireless tank fire alarm system is advantageous with accurate measurement, single-point display, convenient installation, simple maintenance, strong stability and reliability. Therefore, it is worth further researching and application.
