中俄东线明水支线站场分输设计的影响因素及建议

Influential factors and suggestions on the offtake design of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Mingshui branch pipeline station

  • 摘要: 中俄东线东北地区管道建设面临环境温度低、经济低迷、干线运行压力远高于用户需求压力等问题,以明水支线的设计为例,论述了最低设计温度的选取及设计温度下管材韧性指标的要求,针对经济低迷带来的间歇输送问题提出了相应的解决办法,对于调压造成节流能量损失和加热带来的能量消耗问题,从能量守恒角度提出了相应的解决思路。该研究成果为今后东北地区天然气支线的站场分输设计提供了指导,具有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The construction of China-Russia East Gas Pipeline in Northeast China is faced with a series of problems, e.g., low ambient temperature, economic downturn and the operating pressure of trunk pipeline which is much higher than the pressure demanded by users. In this paper, the design of the Mingshui branch pipeline was taken as an example for study. The selection of the lowest design temperature and the requirement on the pipeline toughness index under the design temperature were discussed. Then, solutions to the intermittent transportation caused by economic downturn were put forward correspondingly, and the solving methods for the throttling energy loss caused by pressure regulation and the energy consumption caused by heating were proposed correspondingly from the perspective of energy conservation. The research results can be used as the guide and reference for the offtake design of stations of natural gas branch pipelines in Northeast China in the future.
