基于有限元的含均匀腐蚀缺陷油气管道剩余强度

Research on residual strength of metallic oil and gas pipelines with uniform corrosion defects based on finite element method

  • 摘要: 针对油气管道随服役年限延长腐蚀日益严重的问题,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench,对含均匀腐蚀缺陷的金属油气管道进行综合分析,研究轴向腐蚀长度、环向腐蚀长度、腐蚀深度、相邻腐蚀间距等对管道剩余强度的影响。分析表明:①轴向腐蚀缺陷越长,管道剩余强度越小。②当环向腐蚀缺陷长度较长时,对管道的剩余强度影响不大,当环向腐蚀缺陷较短时,可以将缺陷近似视为裂纹处理。③随着腐蚀深度的增加,管道剩余强度迅速减小。④对于两相邻轴向腐蚀缺陷,当轴向间距小于20 mm时,可将两个缺陷视为一个整体缺陷计算管道剩余强度;当腐蚀缺陷轴向间距大于20 mm时,则分别计算两个缺陷对应的管道剩余强度,取其中较小值。

     

    Abstract: Inview of the increasing corrosion of oil and gas pipelines with serrice years, the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to perform comprehensive analysis on metallic oil and gas pipelines with uniform corrosion defects, so as to investigate the effects of axial corrosion length, circumferential corrosion length, corrosion depth and spacing of adjacent two defects on the residual strength of pipelines. It is shown that the longer the axial corrosion defect is, the lower the residual strength of pipeline is. When the circumferential corrosion defect is longer, it has less influence on the residual strength of pipelines; and when it is shorter, it can be treated as a crack. The residual strength of pipeline decreases rapidly as the corrosion depth increases. Two adjacent axial corrosion defects can be taken as a whole defect for the calculation of residual strength when their axial spacing is less than 20 mm. When the axial spacing is greater than 20 mm, the residual strength of pipeline corresponding to the two defects is calculated respectively and the smaller value is taken as the residual strength of pipeline.
