  • 摘要: 越库被称为物流领域的“JIT”,通过越库配送可以有效降低库存和运输成本,提高配送效率。越库调度是越库配送的核心问题,主要任务是安排进出配送中心车辆的顺序及其在站台的分配。越库调度是复杂的NP问题,建模与求解异常困难。对越库调度问题的国内外研究现状进行了系统梳理,依据站台分配、越库调度、越库运输计划3种类型,对越库调度问题的模型演变和优化求解算法进行了分类总结。目前,越库调度问题虽然已经取得一些研究成果,但在理论框架、集成调度、动态调度以及与实际应用的结合等方面仍有待加强。

     

    Abstract: In the field of logistics, cross docking is called as the "JIT". And by means of cross-docking distribution, inventory and transportation costs can be reduced effectively and distribution efficiency can be improved. Cross-docking scheduling, as the core link of cross-docking distribution, is mainly used to arrange the order of trucks arriving and leaving the distribution center and assign their locations at the dock. The cross-docking scheduling is a complicated NP problem and its model establishment and solution are very difficult. In this paper, the research status of cross-dock scheduling problems domestic and foreign was reviewed systematically. Then, the evolution and optimization algorithms of the model for crossdocking scheduling were classified and summarized based on three types, i.e., dock assignment, cross-dock scheduling and cross-docking transport planning. At present, although some achievements have been made on crossing-docking scheduling problems, it is still need to be strengthened in terms of theoretical framework, integrated scheduling, dynamic scheduling and practical application.
