原油储罐防沉积用旋转喷射搅拌器研发进展

Development progress of rotary jet mixer for the anti-deposition of crude oil tanks

  • 摘要: 由于原油组成的复杂性,在储存过程中难免会形成油泥沉积罐底,影响储罐的安全、经济运营,加装旋转喷射搅拌器是解决罐储原油出现分层和沉积的有效方法。按照驱动类型和速度控制原理的不同,首次从结构组成、工作原理、应用研究状况及优缺点等多方面对比了国内外多种旋转喷射搅拌器,指出目前旋转喷射搅拌器的国产化研究存在研究方向单一、对关键问题认识不足等问题。借鉴国外先进的旋转喷射搅拌器设计理念,提出了结构创新设计方案,以促进石油储运工程领域旋转喷射搅拌技术的进步。

     

    Abstract: Due to the complex composition of crude oil, oil sludge inevitably deposits at the bottom of the tank in the storage process of crude oil, and consequently the operation safety and economy of storage tanks are impacted. The effective technology to solve the stratification and deposition in the crude oil tanks is to install a rotary jet mixer. In this paper, various domestic and foreign rotary jet mixers were, for the first time, illustrated and compared from the aspects of structural component, working principle, application research situation, advantages and disadvantages according to the driving types and speed control principles. It was pointed out that the domestic research on the localization of rotary jet mixers in China was limited by simple research direction and insufficient understanding on the key issues. Then, a design plan for structure innovation was proposed referring to the foreign advanced design concept of rotary jet mixer, so as to promote the development of rotary jet mixing technologies in the field of oil storage and transportation engineering.
