基于三维激光扫描技术的油罐变形检测方法

A tank deformation detection method based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology

  • 摘要: 针对常规油罐检测方法普遍存在测量时间长、工作强度大、检定成本高、测量结果精度较低的缺点,提出一种基于三维激光扫描技术的油罐变形检测方法。利用试验获得的油罐三维点云数据和Matlab自编程序,拟合计算圈板半径、椭圆度及罐体倾斜度,并从水平方向、垂直方向及罐壁局部区域3个方面对油罐变形进行计算分析,结果表明:三维激光扫描法可以直观、定量地表现罐体变形。开展了重复性和再现性试验,试验测得的圈板半径、椭圆度及倾斜度标准差均在可接受范围内,从而验证了三维激光扫描法用于油罐变形检测的可行性和准确性,为油罐变形检测提供了一种更加快速、精确的新方法。

     

    Abstract: Conventional tank detection methods are commonly disadvantageous with long measurement time, high work intensity, high detection cost, low measurement accuracy and so on. In this paper, a kind of tank deformation detection method based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology was put forward. Fitting calculation was performed on the wall plate radius, ovality and inclination of the tank using the three-dimensional point cloud data obtained from tests and Matlab program. Then, the deformation of oil tank was calculated and analyzed from three aspects, i.e., horizontal direction, vertical direction and local area on the tank wall. It is indicated that three-dimensional laser scanning method can present the deformation of the tank intuitively and quantitatively. Finally, repeatability and reproducibility tests were carried out. It is demonstrated that the standard deviations of the wall plate radius, ovality and inclination measured in the tests are all within the acceptable range, verifying the feasibility and accuracy of three-dimensional laser scanning method for tank deformation detection. It provides a quicker and more accurate new method for tank deformation detection.
