管道数据记录仪的研制与应用

Development and application of Pipeline Logger

  • 摘要: 社会、经济的高速发展对长输管道的安全运行提出了更加严格的要求,管道运营企业迫切需要一种能够实时或定期监控管道全线运行状况的方法。基于此,研发了管道数据记录仪(Pipeline Logger,PL),其可以简单便捷地监控管道的运行状况。管道数据记录仪尺寸较小,设计独立,安装便捷,可以搭载到几乎任何类型的清管器或检测器上,在管道日常清管作业或内检测过程中,可以方便地测量管道内绝对温度、绝对压力、三轴加速度、三轴角速度。利用自主研发的数据处理软件,可以根据记录数据计算得到弯头、环焊缝等管道参数,从而便于监测管道运行状况,及时发现管道内较大的异常点,定位异常点位置,对维护管道安全运行具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and society, the safe operation of long-distance pipeline shall meet much stricter requirements, so pipeline operation companies urgently need a method which can monitor the operation situation of the whole pipeline in realtime or regularly. The Pipeline Logger developed in this paper is simple and convenient to monitor the operation situations of pipelines. The Pipeline Logger is independently designed with smaller size and can be installed conveniently. It can be carried together with pigs or inspection tools of any type, so it can be used in the process of routine pigging operation or internal inspection to measure conveniently the absolute temperature, absolute pressure, three-axis acceleration and three-axis angular velocity inside pipelines. Based on the recorded data, pipeline parameters (e.g. elbow and girth weld) can be calculated by using the independently developed data processing software to monitor pipeline operation situations conveniently, identify larger abnormal points inside pipelines in time and locate the positions of abnormal points. It is of great significance to the safety operation of pipelines.
