Design of a general mistake-proof control model based on logic judgment

  • 摘要: 西气东输监控系统中站场设备繁杂、流程多、控制逻辑复杂,导致监控系统的适用性差,因而 提出了一种基于逻辑判断的通用防呆控制模型。该模型采用工艺节点模型、组件模型、报警逻辑模 型三级模型方式,将解析器与三级模型分离,从而实现防呆逻辑的编辑与系统运行的独立,保证防呆 控制平台的安全性及适用性。通过实际运行表明:该模型可扩展性高,能够很好地满足实际工程应 用要求,对后续智能化报警监控平台的应用实施提供了新的设计模型和有力的技术支撑。(图3,表 3,参21)

     

    Abstract: The monitoring systems have complex equipments, multiple processes, and complicated control logic in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline which have poor applicability. Therefore, a general mistake-proof control model based on logical judgment was developed to deal with these problems. In this model, the three-hierarchy model mode of process node model, component model and alarm logic model is applied to separate the parser from the three-hierarchy model, so that the mistake-proof logic can be edited and operated independently, and the mistake-proof control platform can be kept safe and applicable. It is shown from its actual operation that this model is highly extendable to meet the requirements of actual engineering application. It provides a new design model and the powerful technical support for the application of subsequent intelligent alarm monitoring platform. (3 Figures, 3 Tables, 21 References)
